No, because russian blues is not long-haired. there is a rare breed thats called Nebelung, that looks just like a russian blue just with long-hair.
But I have planned to make a long-haired cat soon and one of them will be gray and look just like a long-haired russian blue, okay?

ok ... thats actually really funny beacuse i have a Neblung ... I found him when he was a kit ... He`s l;ong furred 'blue" and is so lovey he`ll follow me room to room and will always come when i call him to. He was a stray so i`m not shure but do you think he is one ?

I really do not think he is a Neblung.
I think he is a Domestic long-haired, gray/blue cat with golden/green eyes.
Just because a cat has the same color as a breed dos not make it that breed,
But it might have some russian blue genes in him, but dos not make him a pure breed, then it's a mix.

I just remembered, russian blue cats have a dark grey nose, not pink at all.
What color dos your cats nose have? ..just out of curiosity..
